Providing quality artwork helps ensure your project is completed accurately, on time, and with the best possible results. If you have any questions, your Arch Engraving representative is happy to help.
Production-Ready art includes Adobe Illustrator files, Corel Draw files or other “Vector” artwork. Your Marketing or Graphics department should have these files handy. These files cannot simply be converted using online tools, including Artificial Intelligence (AI)!
Artwork that requires editing, cleanup, recreation, or conversion may incur artwork charges. Customer generated art using Artificial Intelligence (AI like ChatGPT, Claude or Google Gemini) may still require additional artwork fees. Your Arch Engraving representative will inform you of any expected art-charges prior to work starting.
THE FINAL PRODUCT CAN BE NO BETTER THEN THE ARTWORK PROVIDED!

Every project is unique, and the right font, wording, and text style help personalize your product. Whether you're recognizing an employee, creating a memorial, identifying equipment, or adding custom messaging, we're here to help.
We offer a large selection of fonts and support many special characters, symbols, and accented letters. If you have a specific font in mind, please include the font name or font file whenever possible. If the font is not available on our system, we may recommend a similar alternative or ask that the text be converted to outlines before submission.
Looking for ideas? Browse our Font Page to explore available fonts, or visit our Text & Wording Guide for award inscriptions, appreciation messages, dedication plaques, memorial wording, identification labels, and other popular personalization ideas.
In most cases, we require vector ready art for engraving (including laser, sandblast or full UV direct print. When doing sublimation print, JPG or PNG files are acceptable, but require 300 DPI resolution.
In the image to the right, you can see the “fuzzy” lines on the image, this is a raster image, and will not be engraved in a higher quality. Vector art uses mathematics to scale the image so it remains perfect and crisp at any size.
We maintain a large archive of customer logos and artwork files, and we may already have your artwork available. To protect intellectual property rights, we cannot reproduce trademarked or copyrighted artwork without permission from the rightful owner.
Please submit your artwork to your Arch representative by completing the form on the right side of this page or by emailing it directly to Sales@ArchEngraving.com. To help us match your artwork to the correct project, please include your company name, order number (if available), or a brief description of the logo or project in the file name, email subject, or message.
